This North Shore kitchen renovation project incorporated a neutral colour palette with accents of steel for the taps and wood on the cabinetry and a poly finish on the drawers and cupboards in the kitchen.
Reflooring the old tiled and combination of the previous wood floors, with completely new and engineered wooden floors to bring consistency through the current space.
The bathroom features a modern feel with brass taps, a glass shower screen partition, and a bathtub with matching taps. With larger tiles offset with the smaller tiles, the bathroom gives a more unified & refreshed look.
Creating a mini bar nook that was integrated into the kitchen area but hidden at the same time.
The construction phase of this project required careful planning and execution.
The removal of the structural wall between the kitchen and living room required the careful deconstruction of the glass doors and window panels, the reconstruction of a new foundation to create a newly stable structure, and also opening up of the living space.
Premium materials and finishes were utilised, including new wooden flooring between the kitchen. A beautiful new kitchen island constructed with a stone benchtop.
A fully stripped-down bathroom with a brand-new look with the renovation of the shower and bath nook, separated by the glass shower screen.
This separates the new toilet, bathroom sink, and brand-new mirrored cupboards for storage.
A carefully hidden but useful bar and integrated wine cooler, with a mini bench and prep area, with storage above for glassware and other items.
